Your Role
Lead M&A transactions from start to finish, from due diligence to financial modelling to client presentations.
Mentor junior team members, helping them grow while ensuring top‑tier execution across the board.
Take part in negotiations, helping clients navigate complex deals with precision.
Develop and present high‑impact marketing materials – pitch books, proposals, and more.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players across both sectors.

What You Bring
6+ years of M&A experience, ideally from a boutique, advisory firm, or mid‑market investment bank.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Proven ability to lead transactions, juggle multiple workstreams, and deliver on tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills with experience in client‑facing roles.
A collaborative, team‑first mindset, with a knack for mentoring junior talent.
