Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.80 per hour

What will you be doing:
* Day to day maintenance on the building, services, equipment and grounds.
* Assisting in upholding the company’s health and safety, emergency, and fire policies and procedures.
* Maintain the home is a safe and efficient order.
* Respond to any maintenance queries as quickly as possible.
What you need to succeed:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Full UK Driving Licence (applicants must be over the age of 25 years old) will be expected to drive a minibus on occassion
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
