With a behaviour system which allows [leaders] to respond to any uncommon instances of students poor behaviour rapidly. We are looking for two Learning Progress Assistants to join our academy. Applications are invited from candidates who are passionate about working with children. The successful applicants will be enthusiastic about their role and have the ability to provide intervention and support to individuals/groups of students to ensure that their learning and progress is accelerated. They will also have excellent communication skills, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes for our students. Hours: 25 hours, 25 minutes per week, term time only. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.00am to 2.50pm Tuesday 9.20am to 3.10pm (15-minute unpaid break and lunch 30 minutes, unpaid) Salary: Grade 1/2, SCP 2-4 (dependent on experience) 24,413 - 25,185, actual salary 14,511 - 14,970 Contract: Permanent About Hollingworth Academy Hollingworth Academy is part of the Hollingworth Learning Trust.
