The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in requirement discovery, agile delivery, and Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testing teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
* Create, maintain, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
* Define and document business process flows using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent.
* Design and produce UI mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma to support solution clarity.
* Collaborate closely with Architects, Technical Leads, and Test Leads to ensure seamless requirement and story handover.
* Demonstrate a basic understanding of Salesforce technology, including Salesforce configurations and platform capabilities.
* Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with business users and resolving queries.
* Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and the 3 Amigos process.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered Salesforce solutions.
Your Profile
* Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
* Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
* Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)
* Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools
* Experience creating UI mockups/wireframes using Figma or equivalent tools
* Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, configurations, and capabilities
* Experience supporting UAT activities
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
