Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Masting Operative to join the Rail Manufacture department based at our Andover site. This job will involve ensuring products meet quality standards before reaching the customer, interpreting technical drawings, and carrying out final inspections in line with specifications and safety requirements. As ta Masting Operative, you will work 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:45. This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. To be successful as a Masting Operative, it is essential that you have previous experience in working from technical drawings and maintaining quality standards. Experience in polishing, cosmetics, or working to fine tolerances would be desirable. Competency in working with hand tools and working at height is essential.
