Accounting Manager - Hospitality - £60-75k
Your new company:
I am currently recruiting for an Accounting Manager to join an exciting and fast-growing Hospitality Company! This is a newly created role, reporting into the FD and managing a direct report. This role will support building out the finance functions, taking ownership over month-end duties, and enhancing financial strategy. This role will be suited for someone ACA qualified, either coming straight from a Top 10 Accountancy Practice with Retail/Hospitality clients OR Top 10 trained, 2nd mover within the retail/hospitality space!
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties will include:
* Ownership over month-end & year-end close
* Financial statements under UK GAAP
* Assisting to optimise financial operations
* Managing 1 direct report, as well as overseeing the outsourced transaction finance function (AP, payroll etc.)
* Partnering with teams across the business
* Eventually this role will grow to support with commercial duties as well such as forecasting, analysis etc.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will either be:
1- ACA qualified, coming straight from a Top 10 Audit Practice with exposure to Hospitality/Retail Clients
2- ACA qualified Top 10 Audit background, looking for their 2nd move within the Hospitality/Retail sectors (or similar)
