We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and energetic Seasonal Elf to help bring our Christmas experience to life. As one of Santa’s trusted helpers, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable memories for children and families by guiding them through our festive immersive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome children and families with warmth, excitement, and festive spirit
* Assist with running Santa’s Grotto, story time sessions, or themed workshops
* Interact with visitors in character as one of Santa’s Elves — full costume provided!
* Help manage queues, maintain flow, and ensure a smooth and magical guest experience
* Support with gift-giving, photo ops, and managing children’s expectations before meeting Santa
* Engage children in festive crafts, games, and storytelling
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the grotto area
* Work closely with Santa, other elves, and the Create team to ensure a safe and magical environment
* Stay in character and always keep the magic alive!
Requirements:
* A big smile and a love for Christmas magic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children Confidence in performing or interacting in character
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings) Team player with a positive and professional attitude
* Comfortable wearing a full Elf costume and embracing the festive role
* DBS check
Desirable:
Experience working with children or families in a public-facing role
