Term Time Only (43.32 weeks per year)
35 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm daily
Hourly Rate: £13.85

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive School Administrator to join our busy and friendly school office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant school community, can stay calm under pressure, and takes pride in providing a warm and professional front‑of‑house service.
Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school office. Every day brings something different, and the role offers a rewarding mix of administration, communication and interaction with children, families and staff.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Front‑of‑house reception – welcoming pupils, families and visitors and managing enquiries
* Breakfast club – help assist the Breakfast Club team by welcoming children, monitoring the hall and recording the daily attendance on ParentPay
* Attendance administration – recording daily attendance accurately and submitting key data / forms and letters
* Office administration – preparing correspondence, maintaining spreadsheets, processing pupil information and managing the school diary
* Resource and finance tasks – ordering supplies, receipting goods and submitting invoices for payment
* General admin support – assisting the Headteacher and School Business Manager

* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confidence using ICT, including Word, Excel, email and internet
* A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative
* The capacity to stay focused and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
Supportive training will be provided.
Previous experience in a school or education setting is helpful but not essential.
