Behaviour Support Assistant Full time Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 3:30pm Bournemouth Start date – ASAP Pay: £90 a day The School and Role A secondary school based in Bournemouth are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to start with them as soon as possible. The school caters for secondary aged pupils in a mainstream setting with challenging behaviour who also require additional support with their studies. The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will be required to work 1-1 or in small classes, assisting pupils academically as well as overcoming barriers to learning and supporting them emotionally. The desired candidate will have: Experience of working with children in an educational setting Experience of working with pupils with SEND/SEMH/challenging behaviour A passion for the progress of pupils An ability to work as part of a team What we offer Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
