Full-time | £25,974 per annum | 37.5 hours/week
Home Support Matters is looking for a committed and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our Beccles team. This is a rewarding role supporting our care teams and ensuring our Supported Living customers receive safe, high‑quality, and person‑centred care.
What you’ll do
* Oversee customer care through assessment, care and support planning, reviews, and quality assurance
* Carry out field supervisions, competency checks and support care staff in their roles
* Ensure all care plans, risk assessments and medication records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
* Monitor care delivery standards and support performance management when required
* Liaise with health and social care professionals to meet changing customer needs
* Complete incident reporting, audits, and documentation to CQC and organisational standards
* Provide hands‑on care when necessary and contribute to the on‑call rota
* Support continuous improvement in care quality across the service
About you
Essential:
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards Level 3/4)
* Minimum 2 years’ community care experience
* Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
* Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Supervisory or people management experience
* Experience working within a regulated environment
