Graduate Engineer - Heavy Lifting and Transport Operations
Starting salary: £32,000 per year, industry leading development plan.
Location: Thornaby, Teesside – on site at Mammoet office.
Commencing: September 2026.
Summary Of The Role
Reporting into one of our Engineering Team Leaders, you'll help grow as the next generation of heavy lift engineers by developing solutions for projects, creating drawings, calculations, manuals, risk assessments, etc.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the development of engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.
* Working with conventional methodologies and developing new approaches.
* Creating drawings, calculations, manuals, risk assessments and other key documents using AutoCAD and in-house software.
* Ensuring efficient execution that delivers the right results for the customer.
* Developing your engineering understanding and expertise with Mammoet equipment.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
* Computer skills including CAD and Microsoft Office.
* Fluent English; UK right to work without restriction.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
