Overview
We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Torbay area to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care and administer medications (S/C, IM, or IV) as prescribed.
* Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs in a timely and safe manner.
* Support patients and their families to understand treatments and care plans.
* Work across diverse settings including clinics, patients' homes, schools, and residential accommodations.
* Assist elderly, disabled, or vulnerable patients to manage treatments independently and conveniently.
Requirements
* Current NMC registration.
* Experience administering S/C, IM, or IV medications.
* SACT experience.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Ability to work autonomously.
