We have an exciting opportunity for housing professionals to join our housing management team as Housing Officers.
Candidates should have a good understanding of issues affecting disadvantaged communities and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
The Role - What I’ll Be Doing
If successful, your main duties will include responsibility for:
* Allocations and lettings
* Anti-social behaviour casework
* Domestic abuse and harassment cases
* Safeguarding and tenancy support
* Tenancy and estate management
* Tenancy changes/mutual exchanges/succession and assignment/left in occupancy
* Investigation of tenancy fraud cases
You will be responsible for a defined geographical area and act as the custodian of your patch, seeking resolution of customer and community concerns.
