Join our high‑performing, high‑volume dealership at Nissan Northampton, where an exciting year lies ahead with the launch of brand‑new products including the all‑new Nissan Micra and the 3rd Generation Nissan LEAF.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000 plus on‑target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level. No previous experience is required. We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6‑months you can transfer to be a Sales Executive (should you wish to) taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ plus a company car.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car‑buying journey – arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories. You’ll ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. The team engages with customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally; therefore strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.
Qualifications
What we need from you: a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales‑led field is desirable.
Work schedule: a 40‑hour work week, five 8‑hour shifts per week, with most Saturdays (our busiest sales day) and a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.
