Your new role
Looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and detail-oriented Maintenance Co-Ordinator with prior experience to join our small team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors and external suppliers to gather, validate and manage all operational data required across the business.
2. Process and review site reports submitted by various subcontractors, ensuring all information is accurately captured, updated and recorded within the CRM system.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising directly with subcontractors, ensuring issues are corrected promptly and recorded appropriately.
4. Coordinate with external monitoringpanies, tracking cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring clearmunication and timely case closure.
5. Co‑manage and maintain the subcontractor metering stock sheet, ensuring stock levels are accurate, up to date and monitored regularly.
6. Raise purchase orders for stock and equipment, following internal procurement processes and ensuring all requests are documented correctly.
7. Organise technician schedules, coordinate diaries, book appointments and ensure field technicians have all required information toplete work efficiently.
8. Collect, analyse and cleanse operational data to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the CRM system, supporting effective reporting and decision‑making.

13. Prior maintenance coordination experience desired
14. Excellent Excel skills
15. Excellent verbal, written andmunication skills
16. Confident and friendly phone manner
Desirable Skills and Experience:
17. Salesforce/CRM Software experience
18. Previous Solar/Renewable Energy knowledge
