Ready to turbocharge your HR career?
Are you a people-person with a knack for solving puzzles (especially when it involves people)? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the idea of being the go-to expert for managers who need a little HR magic? If so, we want you on our team!
What’s the gig?
You’ll be the right hand to our Director of People, partnering with managers across sites and business units. Your mission: deliver top-notch HR support, drive people strategy, and sprinkle a little joy into every day. Expect variety—coaching, leading initiatives, and shaping a high-performance culture (with a dash of fun).
What you’ll be doing (besides being a superstar):
Be the HR superhero: Support managers, solve complex employee relations mysteries, and keep our people operations running smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.
Lead change: Help design organisations, manage restructures, and support acquisitions. If you love a good transformation story, you’ll fit right in.
Talent & learning champion: Support delivering training when required, help manage learning platforms, and support our apprenticeships. You’ll help colleagues grow—and maybe learn a thing or two yourself.
Coach managers: Build capability in ER, performance, leadership, and change management. You’ll be the wise owl in the room (or on Teams).
Keep us legal: Stay sharp on UK employment law and apply practical, commercial HR partnering. No capes required, just common sense.
Keep us glued: Work hand-in-hand with our squad of HR Business Partners, the People Development Manager, and the Resourcing department—because in HR, teamwork isn’t just important, it’s practically a group hug. Together, you’ll be the superglue that stops things from falling apart faster than a biscuit in a cuppa! What you’ll bring:
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards—ambition counts!)
Experience delivering training across multiple sites (bonus points if you can do it with a smile)
Commercial awareness and field-based HR partnering experience
Proven skills in managing complex ER issues, restructures, and redundancies
TUPE and acquisition integration know-how
