Sonic Healthcare UK encompasses the two main entities in the UK, The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) and Health Services Laboratories (HSL). About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor position at Sonic Healthcare UK. This role will be responsible for offering practical employee relations advice to the management team and advising on ER policy and process.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable immersing themselves fully within the business to build an in depth operational awareness and strong relationships with managers and senior leaders, which in turn will enable them to provide valuable advice that fit with operational needs. Our HR Advisors have a strong presence within the organisation and are trusted experts on employee policies, procedures and best practice.
Working within an expanding HR team, the HR Advisor will work alongside the existing workforce to continue to support the business in developing confident people managers, as well as raising the profile of the department as subject matter experts.
