Job Opportunity: Land Agent (MRICS Qualified)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services firm for a full or part-time (MRICS qualified) Land Agent to join their rural team in the Banbury office. This role is ideal for someone with a thorough understanding of compulsory purchase, property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborating with a wide range of private clients on various rural projects
2. Managing client relationships
3. Handling a portfolio of instructions related to compensation and compulsory purchase work for landowners and acquiring authorities
Candidate Requirements
4. MRICS or AssocRICS status
5. 1 to 6 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
6. High-quality service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients
7. Proficient IT and time management skills
8. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
