Electrical Test EngineerDroitwichPermanentUp to £36,000Electrical Test Engineer required by market leading manufacturing company, based in Droitwich. The successful Electrical Test Engineer will be responsible for testing, inspection, and commissioning of complex electrical and control systems prior to customer delivery.Main Duties Electrical Test EngineerCarry out full testing and inspection of equipment in a manufacturing environmentConnect electrical, water, and mechanical systems for testingPerform fault finding and diagnostics, including live PLC troubleshootingUse test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analysersWork with high-voltage systemsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issuesComplete testing documentation and quality recordsSign off equipment prior to dispatchThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Electrical Test EngineerEducated to HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical EngineeringStrong knowledge of single & three-phase systems and high-power circuitsExperience working with live electrical equipmentUnderstanding of analogue and digital electronicsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and quality standardsExcellent problem-solving skillsMechanically minded with practical hands-on abilityFlexibility for international travel to mee the needs of the role.What we are able to offer: Electrical Test EngineerPension bonus schemeAdditional leave for long serviceIf you are already a Industrial Electrical Test Engineer, Power Systems Test Engineer, Test & Commissioning Engineer you may also be suitable for this role.
