Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our dynamic Kier team based in beautiful Essex. Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office!
Location & Hours
Location: Essex – Remote working available, with occasional office visits required.
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Your Responsibilities
As our Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Kier team in delivering exceptional hard services across a designated account portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the asset base is accurate and maintained in the required CAFM system.
* Managing the cost base through daily operations and management accounting.
* Developing engineers to effectively handle reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks.
* Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining safe working environments.
* Managing the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and/or customer.
