We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist (Metallics) to join our clients growing team in Silverstone. In this role, you will produce high-precision components that meet the demanding standards of top-tier engineering and performance applications.

What Youll Do:
* Set up and operate 5-Axis CNC machines to manufacture precision metallic components.
* Carry out basic inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
* Work closely with engineers and fellow machinists to optimise processes.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
* Record production data accurately and maintain documentation.
* Support the training and development of new machinists.
What Youll Bring:
* Proven experience as a 5-Axis CNC Machinist, ideally in precision engineering or high-performance environments.
* Strong understanding of CNC machining techniques, tooling, and 5-Axis processes.
* Experience working with Heidenhain controls.
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software HyperMill experience is advantageous.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to exacting tolerances.
* Knowledge of tooling selection and machine maintenance.
* Ability to meet production deadlines and manage time effectively.
