Ui/ux planner (producer)

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for an UI/UX Planner (Producer) to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £35.29 per hour.

The UI/UX Planner (Producer) is responsible for the upfront co-ordination and planning of HMI / UI UX workstreams and then managing them through to delivery.

The purpose of the role is to turn UIUX specific programme requirements into credible project plans, resourced appropriately and structured with reviews and deliverables, that seamlessly dovetail into both the broader vehicle design programme and brand design activity.

Key accountabilities:

* Responsible for setting up how UIUX projects are operationalised.
* Insightful planning that marries resource and deliverables and timing within broader programme requirements.
* Ensure cross design discipline integration of UI/UX workstreams.
* Key support function of operational management of the Brand Design Team, in order to achieve our strategic objectives.
* Liaise and co-ordinate with creative operations, programme management and business operations teams to ensure appropriate team capacity in order to deliver projects on-time and to budget.
* Supports and informs capacity planning.
* Stakeholder management across interdependent design functions.
