Part-Time Cleaner / Housekeeper

£12.75 per hour | 14 hours per week
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner / Housekeeper to support a busy storage and distribution business in the Matlock and Darley Dale area.
This varied role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a distribution centre, as well as carrying out housekeeping duties at a nearby secondary site. It would suit someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently.
The Role
Distribution Centre Duties:
* Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and communal areas
* Maintaining staff facilities, including toilets and washrooms
* Hoovering, sweeping, mopping and dusting
* Emptying bins and replacing bin liners
* Restocking consumables in staff areas
Housekeeping Duties (Nearby Location):
* Cleaning offices, kitchens and training rooms
* Preparing and servicing guest accommodation
* Turning over guest rooms, including living areas and kitchenettes
* Washing, drying and processing bed linen and towels using on-site laundry facilities
* Ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard
Hours & Pay
* 2 non-consecutive days per week
* 7 hours per day (14 hours per week)
* £12.75 per hour
About You
* Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable
* Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work across two nearby locations
* Local to the Matlock / Darley Dale area or able to travel easily
