The Role
Work orders rely on being planned successfully and this is your opportunity to be there at the beginning, to map out what needs to be achieved.
You’ll communicate with various colleagues and customers, to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined.
These requirements will then need to be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…
* Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
* Monitoring work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
* Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, to help provide resolutions to any issues.
* Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate
Relevant experience working in a fast‑paced environment, where you have assessed and made quick decisions.
Highly developed organisational and communication skills and an enjoyment of dealing with lots of different people.
Computer literacy and being customer oriented are a pre‑requisite.

In addition to helping you reach your career goals, a competitive salary, pension, healthcare and holiday allowance starting at 24‑26 days per annum, we also offer perks including Clancy Xtras, our employee benefits programme with discounts for numerous well‑known retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Currys PC World and Vue Cinemas, cycle to work scheme as well as an Employee Assistance Programme.
