Overview
We are looking for a Specialist Physiotherapist to join our musculoskeletal (MSK) team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessment and identification of musculoskeletal problems in patients, including complex presentations.
* Create highly specialised treatment plans grounded in evidence‑based practice.
* Deliver and supervise physiotherapy care to patients and to staff, students, and graduate staff.
* Work independently as part of the MSK OP team.
* Contribute to service development and team innovation.
Qualifications
* HCPC registered physiotherapist with comprehensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
* Good working knowledge of NHS systems and procedures.
* Strong clinical assessment, reasoning, and physical treatment skills.
* Experience with a range of MSK rotations (persistent pain, upper/lower limb, rehabilitation, acute injuries, spines).
Welsh Language Skills (Desirable)
* Level 3 (CEFR B2) speaking and listening skills in Welsh.
