What You’ll Do
Champion Organic Social
* Lead the UK organic social strategy, ensuring content is impactful, relevant and tailored to each platform
* Oversee content creation and approvals across key channels
* Advise wider Whitbread teams on social best practice
Drive Collaboration & Campaigns
* Manage and inspire our external agency partnership
* Work closely with Brand Marketing, PR, eCRM, Insights and more
* Activate integrated campaign moments and identify cultural trends we should join
Grow Engagement & Performance
* Review analytics and platform updates to refine our approach
* Lead influencer and creator activity to ensure authentic partnerships
What You’ll Bring
* Hands on social experience with a major Business-to-Consumer (B2C) brand or recognised social agency
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
* Experience working with agencies
* Proven ability to create or guide standout social content
* Confidence acting as a guardian of tone, guidelines and brand safety
