Responsibilities
* Hire, train, and supervise store staff

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in retail store management
* Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
* Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
* Strong customer-service orientation
* Computer literacy and familiarity with retail technology
* Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
* Good financial acumen with experience in cash handling and reconciliation
* Availability to work flexible hours when needed
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the retail industry.
