DaVita is hosting a virtual hiring event on July 14, 2026 to hire Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.

As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities
6. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
7. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
8. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
9. Record vital signs and patient data
10. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
11. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
12. Work 3-4 shifts per week, Monday - Saturday, rotating opening & closing shifts
13. Opening shifts may start as early as 5AM and closing shifts may end as late as 10PM
14. Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
15. Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
16. Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
17. Willing to float between local clinics if needed
18. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
