Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established firm in Bexleyheath. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.
Duties will include:
1. Managing sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
2. Site acquisitions and development.
3. Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
4. Drafting various legal documentation.
5. Dealing with complex property matters.
6. Managing a small case load of residential property work.
7. Active involvement in business development.
Desired Skills
8. A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years of PQE +.
9. Residential conveyancing experience is a bonus.

10. Salary depending on experience £35,000 - £55,000.
