Main Duties:
· Assemble PCBs: Utilize your expertise in assembling Printed Circuit Boards to perfection.
· Technical Proficiency: Work from assembly drawings and build packs, demonstrating your keen eye for detail.
· Soldering Mastery: Solder conventional components to IPC-A-610, class 2 and 3 standards, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
· Component Handling: Pre-form, insert, and crop component leads using hand tools, showcasing your precision with cutters and pliers.
· Component Knowledge: Understand component identification codes for resistors, capacitors, and ICs, ensuring accurate assembly.
· Machinery Operation: Operate various assembly machinery, including flow solder machines, cleaning tanks, and drills, with finesse.
· Surface Mount Technology (SMT): Hand place surface mount components using SMT soldering and rework to IPC class 3 standards, demonstrating your advanced skills.
· Wet Board Assembly: Undertake SMT wet board assembly, showcasing your expertise in this specialized area.
· Quality Control: Conduct thorough visual inspections and uphold the Companys quality standards.
· Documentation: Complete production documentation meticulously, ensuring accurate records of the assembly process.
· Environmental Responsibility: Follow and uphold the Companys Environmental policy, minimizing environmental impacts from activities.
Requirements:
· Soldering Experience: Previous experience in soldering is essential for this role, demonstrating your proficiency in the craft.
