LOCATION: Thistles Shopping Centre, Stirling
SHIFT PATTERN: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week
PAY RATE: £12.71 per hour

Job Objective & Responsibilities:
We are looking to appoint a temporary proactive Janitor to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all our customers and staff. This is a permanent contract.
Duties:
* Waste management in line with on-site process and achieve recycling targets
* Use of on-site equipment including cardboard baler, waste compactor, pallet lifter and ride on sweeper
* Driving and operating company vehicles including towing a trailer
* Maintain the cleanliness within the back of house areas including corridors and lifts
* Maintain the cleanliness within the service yards and car park
* Assist client and retailers with the removal of items requiring disposal
* Take an active role in emergency situations including Fire Warden tasks
* Work with on site and ad hoc contractors, maintaining a professional and courteous manner
Candidate requirements:
* Enjoy working as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
* Excellent time management
* Smart and well presented
* High level of customer care awareness
* Manual handling capability
* Driving licence required
