Hybrid role with the ability to attend our Stoke Prior Office in Worcestershire.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be passionate about all things ‘online’ marketing, ensuring any presence of the Capstone Foster Care Group brands is always aligned with our guidelines, and that all digital initiatives are both reactive and proactive across all platforms.
As an integral part of the marketing team at Capstone Foster Care Group, the Digital Marketing Executive will be results-driven and dynamic, with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Digital Marketing Executive responsibilities:
1. A primary focus to generate consistent and predictable results
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
3. Build brand recognition, establish our presence in the industry as the prime choice when considering a move into foster care, increasing quality foster carer enquiries
4. Live and breathe our brand to ensure consistent and effective communication
5. Ensuring your knowledge of the ever-changing digital landscape is always current
6. Monitor sector activity, identify emerging trends
7. Website management and SEO performance
8. Create and execute all email campaigns and automation
9. Attend weekly team day at the Stoke Prior office
What experience will the Digital Marketing Executive need?
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar 360- digital marketing role
2. Some design/video editing capability using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar
3. Proven track record of successful campaign management using Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Business Suite
4. Proven experience in email marketing, knowledge of DotDigital is advantageous
5. Excellent data analysis skills, to include use of Google Analytics (GA4)
6. Working knowledge of website content management systems and SEO
7. Results-driven, dynamic with an ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
8. Excellent attention to detail
9. Full UK driving licence and transport as occasional travel across England will be a part of the role
