Payroll Officer - Salisbury - Maternity Cover
We have an opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our busy in‑house finance team.
Five Rivers Child Care and our partner agencies have been Turning children’s lives around since 1989. The role is based at our head office in the heart of Salisbury, Wiltshire for a (16‑month maternity cover).
What you'll be doing:
* Maintaining all necessary payroll records for each payroll run
* Calculate the variable payroll data into systems in accordance to both statutory and contractual obligation
* Updating and inputting pension data
* Playing an active role in re enrolment of our pension schemes
* Submission of RTI information
* Year‑end Reconciliations of payroll data including P11d’s, and p60’s
To be considered for the role you must have experience in working in a similar role, with extensive experience of statutory payments and deductions.
Minimum of 5 GCSE grade c or above, knowledge of Sage50 payroll is preferable.
You will be a good communicator and team player.
