SMART Repairer required for our Client’s Prestige Dealership located in Bedford. Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £33,500 basic with an OTE of circa £39,500 with the working hours of Monday to Friday – 7:30am till 4:00pm. Flexibility on hours is available. Benefits: Basic salary of £33,500 + performance-related bonuses (circa £6,000). Flexible working hours – early starts or extended shifts available. Optional Saturday overtime, paid at an enhanced rate. Full training provided for alloy and diamond-cut refurbishments. All tools and equipment supplied on-site.Duties: Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications Carrying out Smart Repairs Following safety procedures Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements: You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity Confident at completing alloy wheel repairs. You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
