Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
3. Handling customer queries and providing timely solutions.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
6. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
8. Maintaining detailed customer records.
9. Providing feedback to the management on customer issues and trends.
10. Assisting in the development of customer service procedures and policies.
11. Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
12. Participating in customer service training and development programs.
13. Creat engaged & sustainable with client relations in order to contribute to repetitive business & repeat custom.
14. Contributing to the overall customer service team goals and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Executive should have:

16. Experience within account handling, customer service or business prospecting.

18. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
