A contract position Inside IR35 On site in West Sussex Our client, a leading consultancy in the automotive sector, is currently seeking a Mechanical Development Engineer to join their team. This contract role demands a solid understanding of automotive components, systems, and associated vehicle parts. Proven Powertrain and ideally knowledge in transmissions. The role involves close collaboration with OEMs, suppliers, and test, design, and analysis teams to define testing plans, analyse results, and recommend design changes. Projects may require working independently or as part of a cross-functional international team.
