Civil Engineer Southampton Up to £40,000 + Benefits A well-established and growing Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy in Southampton is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineer to join their expanding infrastructure team. This is a strong opportunity to join a respected design practice delivering residential and commercial development projects across the South Coast and wider UK. The Role Reporting to a Director, you will take responsibility for the detailed design of private and adoptable infrastructure schemes, with a particular focus on highways and drainage. Key responsibilities: • Detailed design of private and adoptable drainage schemes • Preparation of S278, S38 and S104 agreements • Highway and infrastructure design for residential and commercial developments • Production of engineering drawings and supporting technical documentation • Liaison with clients, local authorities and internal design teams • Supporting projects from concept stage through to technical approval You will benefit from direct exposure to senior leadership, ongoing technical development and external training where required, alongside clear progression opportunities.
