As an Engineering Planning & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in driving efficiency, compliance, and reliability across our maintenance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for planning and coordination—whether you come from an engineering background or not. If you’re highly organised, data-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimise downtime. Coordinate engineering schedules with production planning to optimise work windows. Track and report on departmental KPIs using Excel and other tools. Manage compliance documentation, audits, and contractor activity. Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives.
