We are looking for a Patient Co-Ordinator (Receptionist) to join our expanding team, who will provide a high level of customer care for our patients.
Our practice, based in West Auckland, is independently owned and provides family dental care.
Working hours: 40.75 hours per week over 5 days. 8.15am to 5.30pm Mon to Thurs, 8.15am to 5.00pm Fri.
Starting salary: Minimum Wage (negotiable for candidate with previous dental experience)

Specific Skills Required:
· Dental background is preferred but medical, administrative or hospitality background will also be considered
· Excellent focus on patient journey and hight level of customer service
· Willing to learn and carry out continued professional development
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proactive, calm, caring with a positive attitude
· Experience with Dentally Software (preferred but no required)
· A good level of computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft office 365
· GDC registration (desirable but not required)
Your Key Responsibilities:
· To provide a reliable, efficient and timely service to ensure we exceed patient expectations at every visit and provide a first-class customer experience
· Provide support to our patients via our reception.
· To work as part of the whole dental team to assist in the provision and delivery of dental care services to patients
· Ensure that all activities undertaken at the practice are in line with our policies and procedures
· To maintain and update patient records and carry out administration duties
