Commercial Account Manager
to join our team and help us continue building great relationships with our customers.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, working closely with existing clients to strengthen partnerships, developing new opportunities, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that projects and orders are delivered smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Act as the main point of contact for our accounts, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service.
* Manage onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products that fit customer needs and seasonal campaigns.
* Work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Planning, Operations, and Marketing to deliver on customer expectations.
* Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction, providing regular feedback to management.
* Support initiatives to re-engage previous customers and strengthen overall account retention.
* Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve our customer service and account management processes.
About You
* Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing role, ideally within food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B environments.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine customer-first mindset.
* Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
* Commercially aware, with a good understanding of how to balance service quality and account growth.
* Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused, someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in delivering results.
* A team player who collaborates well across departments and supports continuous improvement.
