About The Role
* You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-to-day running of the shop
* Oversee targets, financial records and handle banking
* Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies
* Build positive community relationships and recruit, train and support volunteers
* Manage shift cover and encourage positive culture through team meetings and training
* Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time
* Work regularly with the Retail Management Team
* Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a positive and reliable approach with strong communication
* Previous experience working as a store manager
* Is organised, self‑motivated and able to manage their time effectively
* Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members
* Is comfortable with basic admin, monitoring shifts and working with management
* Can oversee running of shop and has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed
