* Set up and maintain traffic management equipment.
* Perform essential tasks in the depot, including equipment maintenance.
* Display signage.
* Install temporary traffic lights as required.
* Ensure all operational needs are met through physically demanding work.

You will require
* A Manual driving license.
* Own transport to commute to and from the depot (due to start and end times unsuited to public transport).
* No prior experience is necessary; however, a background in construction or labour is preferred.
* To be fully flexible… as our shift patterns will include day, night and weekend work + long hours over 7 days a week.
Pay
* Starting pay = National Minimum Wage: £10 (U21) and £12.21 (21+).
* After 4 to 6 months, pay can increase to the TRN2 rate: £12.50 (day shift), £12.90 (night shift), and £13.40 (weekend shift).
* Further training and levels of qualification can be discussed at interview.
