Service Advisor – Leisure World Catterick
Leisure World Catterick are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Salary:
£12.21 per hour + bonus scheme
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off during the week or Paid for the additional hours worked
About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers booking in caravans and motorhomes for servicing and repairs. You'll liaise between customers and our workshop team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking in service and repair work
* Communicating with customers regarding updates and completion times
* Preparing job cards and invoices
* Completing QC checks on each and every caravan/motorhome
* Providing industry-leading 5-star service throughout
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A professional and positive attitude
* High attention to detail
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
