As an EUC MobilePhone Support Engineer you will be responsible for providingtechnical support and assistance to endusers experiencing issueswith their mobile devices. Your duties will include troubleshootingand resolving technical issues configuring and setting up mobiledevices for new starters and providing training and guidance tousers. The EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer will be working withintime frames outlined within the Digital Services Service LevelAgreement. This would involve prioritising and managing supportrequests to ensure that they are resolved within the specified timeframe and to the satisfaction of the enduser. Mobile phone platformmigration Your responsibilities will also include supporting themigration of mobile phone platforms from EE to Gamma. Your dutieswill include planning number porting organising collection anddeployment of new SIM cards whilst also supporting theconfiguration of mobile devices.Provide technicalsupport and assistance to endusers experiencing issues with theirmobiledevices.

Experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus onconfiguring and setting up mobile devices using a Mobile DeviceManagement tool. Knowledge of Android mobile operating systems anddevice management software. Experience with ticket handling systemssuch as Service Now will be beneficial for the role. Strongproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as partof a team.
