Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and overseeing highway projects from initiation to completion
2. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
4. Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress
5. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
6. Preparing and presenting regular project status reports
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
8. Fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment
Job Requirements:
9. Experience in project management within the highways and transportation sector
10. Strong understanding of highway construction and maintenance processes
11. Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
12. Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools
13. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
