We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities, specialising in asset management services throughout all lifecycle phases, including consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

This commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

A Service Coordinator is required for the service department based at Prospect House, Haydock.

This role involves being a committed and enthusiastic team member responsible for the successful delivery of call-out and maintenance requirements for service contract customers, supporting the management and technical management teams. Showing initiative, managing priorities, owning time, and demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities

* Being a key member of the service delivery team with excellent customer service skills
* Managing customer calls and email requests to plan and coordinate call-outs and maintenance requests
* Utilising departmental standard tools including Ganttic and Autotask for planning resources
* Using SAP for creating purchase orders, inputting timesheets, goods receipting, and report provision
* Reviewing and providing engineers' reports to clients using standard tools
* Quoting using standard tools
* Maintaining calibration and tool certification
* Supporting management with BUK standard reporting systems such as ACTIVE

Experience and Qualifications

* Proven experience in a similar service delivery role
* National 5 (N5) or equivalent (Grade C or better) in English Language and Mathematics

Skills/Personal Qualities

* Good communication skills (written and verbal), IT skills, numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, and teamwork
* Willingness and passion to develop skills within the industry, being hardworking, confident, and organised
* Experience in a similar service role is preferred
