Senior Quantity Surveyor – Norfolk – £75k–£85k £8.5k Car Allowance Bonus Location: Norfolk Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 £8,500 car allowance bonus Company: One of the UK’s fastest growing Main Contractors (secured £500m for 2026 and £400m for 2027) Project Value: £25m Reports to: Commercial Director The Opportunity We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s fastest growing main contractors, who have already secured over £500m worth of work for 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to take commercial lead on a £25m new build industrial warehouse scheme in London, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. You will take the project from pre-construction all the way through to handover, working closely alongside a Project Manager and playing a key part in ensuring the project is delivered successfully. What You’ll Be Doing * Take full commercial responsibility for a £25m new build industrial warehouse project * Manage costs, procurement, and subcontractor packages throughout the lifecycle * Prepare and negotiate contracts, valuations, and variations * Lead monthly CVRs, forecasting, and cash flow reporting * Drive value engineering and cost-saving initiatives * Ensure robust contract and cost control at every stage * Liaise closely with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, and delivery teams * Report directly to the Commercial Director What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on new build projects * Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts * Experience with industrial, logistics, or large-scale commercial schemes * Excellent cost management, negotiation, and reporting skills * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative project team * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent What’s on Offer * £75,000 – £85,000 salary (depending on experience) * £8,500 car allowance bonus * Opportunity to lead a high-value, flagship project from pre-construction to completion * Career progression within one of the UK’s fastest growing main contractors * Long-term secured pipeline with £500m already locked in for 2026 and £400m for 2027
