National Account Manager – £45,000–£65,000 per year

Our client is a London-based company creating high-quality, design-led bath, body, wellness, and lifestyle products with a strong reputation for innovation and quality, working closely with premium UK retailers to grow their brands and reach. Are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to manage key UK retail accounts. As National Account Manager you’ll take ownership of your accounts, drive sales, and build strong, lasting relationships with retail partners to grow revenue and brand presence.
Key responsibilities:
* Be the main point of contact for buyers and retail partners, building relationships and spotting new opportunities.
* Take full P&L responsibility for your retailers.
* Develop and deliver joint business plans that drive growth and improve in-store and online visibility.
* Forecast and manage monthly sales, promotions, and marketing activity.
* Work with NPD, Logistics, and Operations to ensure product launches and campaigns run smoothly.
* Use sales and sell-through data to make informed decisions on stock, assortment, and promotions.
* Regularly analyse performance to review forecasts, margins, and stock levels.
Experience required:
* 3+ years managing UK retail accounts. (ideally with experience in beauty, personal care, gifting or lifestyle products).
* You will need strong analytical and negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
