Main Duties
* Making warm calls to existing customers – NO COLD CALLING!
* Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
* Adhering to data protection
* Working within a busy sales floor
* Work towards sales targets
* Confidently manage objections
* Advise and sell company products and services
* Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data
Your Working Week Would Be
* Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
* Every 3rd Saturday - 9am to 12:30pm
