At Coinford, we deliver large-scale groundwork and concrete frame projects across the UK. We’re looking for hardworking and reliable General Labourers to support our site teams and help us deliver safe, high-quality work.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out a wide range of general labouring tasks on construction sites
* Assist tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and general maintenance
* Work safely around live services, following all health & safety procedures
* Replenish materials, maintain clean and safe work areas, and ensure safe access routes are clear
* Perform daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and report any issues to site management
What We’re Looking For
* Valid CSCS Card
* Solid experience in general labouring on construction sites
* Proactive and organised, with good time management skills
* Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and supporting programme delivery
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers)
* 1–2+ years’ labouring experience, with a willingness to learn new skills
* Experience working as part of a team or gang
